Vendor Registration for the Eid Festival

Thank you for your interest in our event. Please be advised of the following policy regarding event bookings:

1. Right to Cancel: The Islamic Society of Corona Norco reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
2. Notification: In the event of a cancellation, the Islamic Society of Corona Norco will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible.
3. Refunds: If a booking is canceled by management, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. The Islamic Society of Corona Norco is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred (e.g., travel or accommodation costs).
4. Rebooking: Where possible, an alternative booking for a future event may be offered, subject to availability and at management's discretion.
5. Liability: The Islamic Society of Corona Norco shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the cancellation of a booking.
6. Power Cord: If you need extra light, please bring a 200–300 ft extension cord. The masjid's electricity can only be used for LED light bulbs.
7. Setup & Teardown: Vendors may begin setting up at 4:00 PM. All booths must be fully set up by 5:45 PM. Teardown must begin promptly at 11:00 PM, and all vendors must vacate the premises by 12:00 AM. The Islamic Society of Corona Norco is not responsible for any items left behind after teardown.
8. Weather & Force Majeure: In the event of severe weather, natural disaster, public health emergency, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Islamic Society of Corona Norco, the event may be postponed or canceled. Vendors will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to the rescheduled date.
