Event Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Benefits

• Your organization’s logo will be displayed on the official event flyer and digital promotional materials.
• Your organization’s name will be included in verbal announcements made during the event.
• A representative from your organization will be given up to 2 minutes to make a sponsorship appeal or brief presentation after Isha Salah, prior to the main program.

2. Guidelines for Logo Submission

• Logos must be submitted in high-resolution PNG or vector format no later than [insert deadline].
• Logos may be resized to fit the flyer layout but will not be altered in appearance.

3. Appeal & Speaking Guidelines

• The speaking time after Isha is strictly limited to 2 minutes.
• Appeals must be aligned with Islamic values and community standards.
• No political, controversial, or commercial promotion is allowed.
• Scripts or talking points may be requested for pre-approval by the event organizers.

4. Approval and Conduct

• All content (logos, appeal message, etc.) is subject to review and approval by the event organizing committee.
• The sponsoring organization must act professionally and respectfully during all parts of the event.

5. Cancellation or Changes

• Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, flyer, or speaking slot with prior notice.
• If the event is postponed or canceled, sponsors will be notified promptly, and alternative accommodations may be offered.

6. Indemnity and Responsibility

• Sponsoring organizations are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and materials they provide.
• The event organizers are not liable for any claims arising from the sponsor’s appeal or materials.

7. Agreement

By confirming your sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
